The London Wine Cellar was founded in 2013 as the buying arm of wine merchant Hatton & Edwards Fine Wine, the company has a wealth of experience and industry insight to offer clients. Based in tranquil London Fields, The London Wine Cellar proudly hosts regular tastings in its world-class cellar (bookable by appointment).
Timothy has spent the past 10 years working in the wine industry. Specialising in the valuing and purchasing of Bordeaux, Burgundy and Italian wines. When Tim is not discovering stunning new cellars he can be found discovering exciting new restaurants.
Edward’s background is in purchasing high value, often rare, goods and matching buyers to sellers. Specialising in Duty Paid “home stored” cellars, Edward ensures the process is seamless, right from valuation through to collection for our clients. Aside from wine Ed is a scratch golfer and surprisingly for a big man, avid ornithologist.
Jack has worked in the wine industry for 5 years, starting out on the Chelsea restaurant scene before moving into retail; managing a prestigious Knightsbridge wine shop. He has been fortunate enough to be exposed to the world’s best wines and the country’s most discerning clientele. Hatton and Edwards is proud to count Mr Boone as its head of sales.
After dipping his toes into university Cameron found his feet at Quest Professional where he is currently studying business. Educated at Milton Abbey in Dorset, Cameron’s interest in wine led to him completing his WSET qualifications to grow his knowledge. Cameron joins our spritely team on Fridays.
After spending the past 14 years working for a successful textile merchant where Duty, Vat and warehouses were common place Jean moved seamlessly into the wine trade. Joining Hatton & Edwards midway through 2016 to run the accounts department – Jean will be pleased to assist you with all accounts related queries.
